Principles of Animation

The Book "The Illusion of Life: Disney Animation" was the book written in 1981 and depicts many rules that animators follow to this day. It was written by by Disney animators Ollie Johnston and Frank Thomas. Its major contribution was the set of guideline that helped animation to grow to what it has become today, aka the Twelve Principles of Animation.
